Privacy policy
This is a plain reading site, and it is built to collect as little as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, we run no advertising network, and we do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone. There is no exception to that last point.
What is collected
- Server logs. Our host records standard request data — IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent — for security and troubleshooting. These are kept briefly and then discarded.
- Aggregate traffic counts. We look at how many people read which pages. This is measured in aggregate and is not used to build a profile of any individual.
- Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it.
What is not collected
No payment details, because nothing is sold here. No names, addresses or travel plans, because nothing is booked here. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party marketing pixels.
Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser without losing any functionality on this site. If you have written to us and would like your message and address deleted, say so at editor@betexress.com and we will remove them. Because we hold nothing else about you, that is usually the whole of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised text will replace this page. Since we do not hold contact details for readers, we cannot notify you individually — the current version is always the one published here.
