Dispute Resolution

This Policy takes effect on 16 October 2024.

  1. This Policy applies in relation to any dispute or matter arising out of or relating to our Rules or the provision of goods or services to you ('Dispute').
  2. As a first point of reference, please contact our Customer Support team. Any queries regarding missing Bets should, if possible, be supported by a copy of the 'bet confirmation' print out (if available) together with full details of the missing Bet.
  3. If our Customer Support team is unable to resolve your Dispute, please contact our Management team by email at the following address. Please provide a brief summary of the Dispute and any relevant supporting evidence to us at management@betdeluxe.com.au
  4. We aim to deal with all Disputes in a prompt, efficient, and fair manner. We may require additional information from you about your Dispute. If this applies, we will endeavour to contact you within 5 business days. We will endeavour to provide our final response to your Dispute as soon as practicable after receiving all relevant information from you (unless the Dispute has been escalated to the NTRWC).
  5. If any Dispute cannot be resolved between us and the Member, the Dispute may be referred to NTRWC (or any successor body) for determination via the online 'gambling dispute form' found at https://nt.gov.au/industry/gambling/gambling/complain-about-a-bookmaker-or-betting-exchange-operator If a Dispute has been referred to the NTRWC, we may cease to communicate with you regarding the matter.
  6. Nothing in this Rule precludes a party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a Court if such relief is reasonably required.
  7. We reserve the right to void any pending Bet or alleged pending Bet that is the subject of a Dispute by you as to any material term of the Bet in order to minimise the financial consequences to you and us of the Bet pending the resolution of the Dispute.
  8. No rule of contract interpretation may be applied in the interpretation of these Rules to the disadvantage of a party on the basis that it prepared or put forward these Rules or any document forming part of these Rules.
